Happy WIAW! Spring took a little holiday Tuesday here in Texas. Just the night before I was running in Nike shorts and a sleeveless top. Tuesday it was cloudy, cold and windy. I started my day with a banana protein smoothie and when I arrived at work I had one cup of coffee, (not pictured). I made a rice paper veggie wrap tucked inside romaine lettuce with a side of baby carrots, grape tomatoes and lemon pepper hummus. During the afternoon I snacked on blackberries, chopped mango and a banana with lots of water. For my dinner I made a kale, baby bellas, vegan cheese and ground flaxseed scramble, scooped inside lettuce. I spiced it up with red pepper flakes.
Before bed I did 8 minute arms and 8 minute abs
Feels like the longest 8 minutes during both of the workouts.
