Roasted Fig Spread

What do you do when you have leftover roasted figs?  Make fig butter!  This is the simplest recipe, that’s ready in minutes.

Figs, dates, vanilla, sea salt and a little water is all you need.

A versatile spread that can be used on toast, waffles, mixed into smoothies. oatmeal and even spread on sandwiches.
