MIMM Weekend Snapshot and Eclipse Earring Giveaway

Happy Monday! I hope everyone is having a Marvelous Memorial Day.  Here are some snapshots of my Marvelous weekend.

Stopped by Whole Foods to pick-up some fresh fruits and veggies.

Recipe testing and Oh My Gosh it was good.  Sweet potato fries topped with kale, garlic and carrot saute, drizzled with a spicy tahini dressing. I’ll test again before giving the complete recipe.

Papaya and pineapple smoothie, made by me before heading off across town to see friends and family.

Some backyard hula hoop competition fun between my nephew, Zachary and my daughter, Taylor.
